About Linda

An ordained minister of nineteen years, Linda Boylan’s strength in sharing the goodness of God through song and Word has been heard throughout various women’s retreats and numerous denominations.

Linda was raised in California in a church environment that taught legalism and the perils of an angry God. She was abused by a youth pastor, expelled from the church only later in life to be expelled once again from another denomination because of a divorce. Walking away from the church and God she delved into running her life her way only to find that God was pursuing her and wooing her back to Him. In spite of these setbacks, which could have destroyed her, she discovered in God’s Word the truth of His everlasting love and forgiveness, His desire for an intimate relationship with humanity and His deep compassion for the broken and wounded. Linda came to learn that it’s not about the church one attends or the name of their pastor. Simply put, it’s all about a relationship with Jesus Christ…the real Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

Currently, Linda oversees the Assimilation Department at New Creation Church in Glenwood Springs, Colorado helping people discover their God-given talents then integrating those gifts into the church body. She and her husband, Bob, make their home in the city of Carbondale located in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. She enjoys skiing, hiking, biking and playing with her eight-year old Yorkshire terrier, Thunder.

Linda makes herself available to present her testimony in song and Word. She can be contacted at linda@life-beats.com. She’s an encourager to those who are discouraged and revels in seeing people’s lives strengthened, renovated and empowered by God’s Word.
